Parking systems
Easy assembly-disassembly system designed for maximizing the number of parking places on existing parking lots or on different free surfaces. Modules can be easily assembled and disassembled and are suitable for temporary and permanent solutions. The whole structure can be removed and installed in another location regardless of the characteristics of the surfaca area.
The system is installed with one or more levels and consists of hot-galvanized or painted steel type profiles .
MODULAR PARK - SOLUTION FOR INCREASING NUMBER OF PARKING PLACES
Prefabricated Parking system "MODULAR PARK" consists of prefabricated elements of galvanized steel, connected so as to form a modular structure capable of easy and fast installation, dismantling, transport and re-reinstalling. Dimensions of modules of the system are 5,50m x 5,50m, a the design of the parking is done in accordance with the area of land available, in order to utilize the maximum area.
"MODULAR PARK" system is even mounted on sloping or uneven surfaces, because the pillars have rates with a compound which allows tilting and height adjustment.
PREDISPOSITION FOR AN ADDITIONAL LEVEL
Because of the need for increasing the number of parking places in the future, the structure can be designed and resourced to enable the setting of one complete parking level above the existing.
ACCESS RAMPS
Access ramp surface area may be done in the form of "fish bone" in order to increase the friction between the tires of the vehicle, allowing for greater safety when moving.
Also, the proposed parking ramps can have a system of protection from snow and ice, which allows the use of the parking lot with complete safety even under adverse climatic conditions, preventing the formation of layers of ice and snow.
The parking is designed in accordance with the applicable rules and norms of calculation of seismic forces. The upper surface parking space is performed with a slope so that it allows diversion of storm water and is equipped with drainage channels. Drainage channels for storm water pass through the supporting pillars of the parking lot.
The parking area can be equipped with parapet and a fence in accordance with applicable laws. Pedestrian stairs are made of galvanized steel. Every part of the metal structure is subjected to hot-dip galvanizing process. Horizontal traffic signals have the same characteristics with those that are commonly used in regular traffic. Signs, signaling and fire protection are made in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
PROTECTION FROM MECHANICAL SHOCK
Modular Park parking sustem has a type of protection of the supporting metal columns from direct impact from vehicles. This protection system has been carefully designed, tested and patented, has the ability to absorb shock cars that scratch the pillar, and thus protect the whole pillar and the very structure of the building.
TYRE PROTECTION
Unlike other manufacturers, Modular Park parking system has provided protectivesystems for the tires of vehicles. This patented system also protects the tire from metal poles, in order to avoid the risk of cuts, scrapes and tire damage.
ATMOSPHERIC WATER DRAIN INTO THE PILLARS
Proposed Modular Park parking has provided the proper channels for drainage of water, the water runs through the gutters that are within the pillars of the parking lot. In this way we improve the aesthetics of the parking lot, because the water drain tube is hidden. Atmospheric water is collected directly into an existing sewer network through appropriate connecting . This helps prevent the occurrence of floods on the ground.
ARCHITECTURAL SOLUTIONS (CHOICE OF MATERIALS AND FINISHES, COLORS)
SURFACE TREATMENT
The parking surface at the lower level can be finished in two different quartz colors. One color identifies traffic lanes and the other identifies areas for parking. Color can be selected as per customer request. This material not only offers high aesthetic and architectural value of the parking lot, but also:
- High resistance to abrasion,
- Very good visibility and traffic lanes
- Superior tire traction
- Resistance to weathering
MODULAR PARK parking offers easier movement and improved visibility at night with adequate reflective markings.
This system, combined with the road two different colors, provides a high degree of visibility at night and significantly increases safety.
The outer protective panels can be decorated at the discretion of the customer.
The impact of the facility on the environment will be minimized by using color panels along the circumference of the parking lot, which protect the structure of the parking lot. These panels consist of a network / metal grille painted in the color chosen by the client, allowing you to bring harmony into your existing environment, and also allow the placement of advertising surfaces.
